DOT EMS Instructor - Virtual (001-2022)


Description
This 24 hour hybrid DOT EMS Instructor course is designed for the entry level EMS Instructor on the foundational concepts of an Emergency Medical Services educational program. It is based on the 2002 National Guidelines for Educating EMS Instructors and provides adult learning concepts from which participants can develop or enhance their instructional delivery skills within an instructional setting. Successful completion of this course shall entitle the student to EMS Instructor certification.

8 hours of self-paced education
16 hours of classroom/virtual instructor-led training (VILT)
